  Our patent attorneys, Eungu Kim, Esq. and Jack Eui-Hwan Jung, Esq., had the pleasure of attending the KINPA Conference 2025 held at Grand Walkerhill Seoul. This year’s conference brought together a remarkable group of IP professionals and industry experts from around the globe to discuss the evolving role of intellectual property in the era of AI and innovation. Mr. Eungu Kim was honored to serve as a panelist during Session 3: AI & IP Convergence, speaking on “AI-Related Filing and Examination Trends, and Practical Issues in the IP5.” The session provided meaningful dialogue on global filing trends and practical strategies, with valuable insights shared among international experts from Japan, China, Germany, and Korea. Throughout the conference, our attorneys engaged in productive and in-depth conversations with overseas colleagues, exploring cross-border collaboration and future directions for IP practices.
